- Derivative Data: Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Application, such as your user ID and timestamps for actions like creation or updates, primarily for auditing and security purposes.
- Cookies and Local Storage: We use cookies and local storage to keep you logged in and remember your preferences (such as the state of the sidebar). These are small files stored on your device and are essential for the Application's functionality. We do not use them for tracking or advertising purposes.
3. Use of Your Information
Having accurate information permits us to provide you with a secure, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Application to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Provide access to the various modules of the application (e.g., Employee Directory, RSBSA Registry).
- Generate internal reports for planning and monitoring purposes by the Municipal Agriculture Office.
- Notify administrators of system events, such as new user registrations or account deletion requests.
- Maintain the security and operational integrity of the system.

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal or official information with third parties for their commercial purposes.
We may disclose your information if we are required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or to protect and defend the rights or property of the Municipal Agriculture Office.

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. Our data is stored on Google's Firebase platform, which provides robust security controls. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the information you provide to us, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

We will retain your information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.
